Straightforward Mango Salsa goes to be your new favourite summer season recipe! Serve with chips as an appetizer or on grilled rooster or fish!
- 3 medium mangos, diced
- 1 cup diced crimson bell pepper
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1/2 cup diced cucumber
- 1/2 jalapeno, diced
- 1/3 cup diced crimson onion
- 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
- 2 tablespoons recent lime juice
- 3/4 cup chopped cilantro
- Non-compulsory – 1 tablespoon granulated, or extra to style
- In a medium bowl mix the mango, crimson bell pepper, garlic, cucumber, jalapeno, onion, sugar, salt, lime juice, and cilantro. Stir to mix and add extra sugar if desired.
- Serve instantly.
